The exercise system "combat conditioning" really worked for me. This happens to be the no.1 exercise system on the planet. One of the exercises taught is called "bridging". This movement involves supporting your entire bodyweight on only your forehead and feet, stomach facing up. This may sound extreme but you work up to this ability. It may change your life.
