Hi people,
today we tend to say "an individual with schizophrenia", instead of the previous "a schizophrenic". Why did this change come about?

Extremely eHealthy
Two reasons come to mind

1. It's more politically correct

2. It reminds us that we're dealing with a person first & an illness second.
