I am not sure about that, I have never heard about anything like that. I do know that if you have had a child or implants your breasts will leak..I am sure he is just making up some caca or its some confusion going on.

Well I know that there is a such thing as nipple discharge, my sex ed teacher told me about it ;p but I think the cause is from std's, so maybe if you give oral and stuff, you got an std and now u have nipple discharge. I know u get nipple discharge for some reason, but im not exactly 100% from what.

Probably just his own spit.

My friends breast had colostrum, well at least thats what we thought. But her doctor said that it can happen if you have a hormone imbalance, weird huh.

Yea it is possible, mine used to leak when it was like 12 or 13. But they would usually need to have some type of pressure put on them.
