Q: Pregnancy Test

I would like to take a pregnancy test however most indicate you should take them on the 1st day of your missed period. My period is never regular and sometimes I will go two months without having it. I am worried I many have conceived a week ago. How many more weeks should I wait until I get an accurate result?

If you want accurate results and you think you might have concived a week ago i'd wait at least another week. 14 to 17 days after conception. You can always buy a box with two tests because if it does come back negative you can always test again a week later.

Hope this helps
