Hi,
i am a 36 year old and I have been having what feels like a sunburn on my face and down my arms. The symptoms usually start in my face, then I feel them down my arms and many times in my upper back. I have also felt the sunburn feeling in my legs. I don't sweat, but I do wake up at night and have this horrible feeling of dread or fear. Can this be the beginning of menopause or should I see if it's something else?
Thanks.

It could be early menopause, but it could be anxiety attacks. When I started out I would get that feeling but also be nausiated and then sweat. I have also had anxiety attacks and they feel somewhat the same. If you are under alot of stress you can have all kinds of physical symptoms. You can get a bllod test that can tell you if you are pre-menopausal.
