For a little over a week i've been feeling constant chest pain. At times the pain would escalate to a burning pain, similar to heartburn. The main source of pain is between my breasts just a little ways below my collarbone. But i've felt pain migrate to either side as well.

I thought I was feeling breast pain as well, but I seriously think i'm feeling the chest pain beneath my breasts.

But can such bad chest pain attribute to breast pain too?

............

I was having some stomach troubles, but now my only complaint really is the chest pain. I've had trouble breathing at one or two rare instances, and I also have a dry cough which aggravates the pain.

.........

What could be causing me so much pain?

Note: it does not hurt to sleep on my stomach or to apply any amount of pressure to my breasts.
