How u know if glands in ur neck are up?I know the glands are small and round-buty wot if the ones running down ur neck near the muscle are up.Are they lumpy.Mine just seemed as though the muscle was tensed through anxietty but they turned sore then to the touch-mayb through too much tense.If glands in ur neck are up, wot symptoms are there?

swollen glands are just that, swollen. they can heart a little like a sore throat.they are on the left and right side of your throat at the top.
