Well, an obvious one, as everyone said, a
sore arse is usually a good indication.
Also if you find yourself really really
gassy and either able to make bowel
movements easier than before, or more
painfully than before, or there's any
bleeding then I think it could be a
winner.
But who is to say it was actual rape? If
you were drunk and totally out, someone
could very well have stuck you with a
broomstick.

If you're not too embarrassed about being
examined, see a doctor about this, as
pattyv suggested. If it was indeed the
result of actual rape and it was
unprotected, there is a risk of
contracting all kinds of infections from
the one who committed the rape.
Good luck to you...Hopefulyl things are
not as bad as you thought.
And as a final note...If you're going to
drink, be more careful next time. Far
worse things could happen when your
trashed than rape.
