Q: Acne( How Sore Can It Get )?

I get some really nasty spots around my chin area which recently seems to be more frequent.Im presumming its an acne type prob , they get very very sore,im cnfused when people talke about blackheads due to the fact that mine are more yellow in color, can anybody relate to this ? My chin gets very inflamed and infected looking for long periods
