I have started my raspberry leaf tea regimen, and its working! I'm getting more braxton hicks contractions each day. For those of you who have never heard of it, raspberry leaf tea helps your uterus to become more tone, which helps your labor be shorter and less painfull.

Erin, please be careful.
Raspberry leaf is a powerful herb, it works to tone the uterus by causing contractions, which can lead to pre-term labour.
It's use during labour to help reduce the pain has been documented, but the use before this isn't well researched and not endorsed by medical society.
I would really recommend you don't do it, but it's your body and well, I figure you as quite bright, so just be careful, weigh up the risks against any possible benefit.

Thanks kia. I haven't been high risk for pre-term labor yet, and with the diabetes, tru is probably going to be big anyway. I'm only taking 2/3 the recommended amount each day.
