I have been having a dull almost everyday pain in my lower right abdomen that also gives me a dull aching pain in my right testicle for about 8 or 9 months now. I don't really have blood in my stool besides the occasional hemoroid however every once in a while, I would say once every six months there is alot of blood in the toilet after a bowel movement. When I say alot I mean the water is completely red and have alot of blood on toilet tissue. The bloody bowel movement goes away pretty much right away. Can this be something else besides having to do with cancer? I know I should go to doctor but kinda scared. Thanks

Please I am imploring you go get checked now!!!!

My 33yrold healthy husband had what sounds to be the same symptoms as you , except his pain was immense and last 10-15minutes at a time , but he also had the aching testicles.

He was just diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer., he has underwent surgery on the 27th of sept and starts chemo this week I beg of you
please go to the docs now .

p.S. If it is cancer the sooner it is removed the better overall chances you have
