Ok, whenever I get sick (it's that time again) the back of my nose gets really dry, and it's hard to get phlem and mucus through it. It gets really irritated and dry, and I constantly have to swallow to keep it somewhat tolerable. When I go to sleep I can't keep swallowing so when I wake up it kills. I hate this, I know when it's comin' everytime I get it, but don't know the name of it. I think I should get one of those humidifier things, so it doesn't dry at night. Does anyone know what this is called, and some treatments to ease it, thanks.
