I'm in my 60's and have been married for over 35 years. In the early years of our marraige I was always hard whenever I wanted and my wife never had to do anything to get me aroused. As a result she has never practiced foreplay with me to get me up and ready to go. We have used foreplay in the our sex play and I am generally trying to get her to the point where she can have an orgasm.

When you use one of the medications to get an erection there needs to be some stimulation in order to make it work. Unfortunately she is unable to satisfactorily stimulate me enough to get me hard. Even performing oral sex on me does not do it. Part of this is because she doesn't like to do it and is afraid I will ejaculate in her mouth.

The whole thing is very frustrating and I don't know what to do.
