Confused Embarassed

help! I have had an occasional pimple on my behind for years (since I was a teen). I am 30 now and since I have had my 2 children, I have been so broken out on my behind and can't do a thing about it. I have tried products such as neutrogena body scrub with salicylic acid, erythromycin, and I have even gone to a dermatologist recently who says it could be a possibility of 2 things; folliculitis or keratosis pilaris. Can anyone give me more info on these? Possible help? Right now, I am nursing so I cannot take much in the way of medicine, however, anything topical to help now? I also read online something about hepes ii. ???? Some of the "breakout" is in the way of very small red bumps that are not painful and then I also get huge painful raised pimples. Yuck...My husband says my behind looks like the solar system. It really is embarrasing and I hate feeling self-concious about it around him (even though he does not seem to care). Does anyone have any advice????

Try This For Butt-imples
Take alcohol and rub it over the areas with cotton every night before bedtime. Works great for someone I know. These things can be hormone related and tend to be worse during the premenstrual phase. Hope it helps!!!
