Q: Im Not Sure?

Ok... I just notices that I have 3 red dots with black dots in them on my penis. They kinda look like scabes. One is on the head and the other two are on the shaft, any idea what they could be? Could it be a std? Or could it just be like sors from having to much sex. Any help would be great. Thanks

Sounds like too much sex, try putting neosporin on it and leavin it alone for a while
