I experienced something similar some time ago, sherawks. I wouldn't jump to this conclusion just yet, but there's a possibility you could have an intestinal parasite. Don't worry just yet - the parasite won't grow and burst out of your intestine. It's a more or less harmless little bug called giardia lamblia, and it comes from...Well...From living normally.
You can get it from slight impurities in drinking water, or from not washing your hands well enough. The main cause of this parasite is from fecal matter coming in contact with your mouth, which is why it runs rampant in poverty-stricken countries as well as day care centers and campgrounds. But the chance of getting it in this country (especially adults) is pretty rare, with all our means of purification and such.
But as I said, I wouldn't be too worried - people who contract the bug may not know they have it, so they don't need treatment. You don't need to have this thing treated, by the way - it will go away eventually, and it won't cause any life-threatening problems. The white balls you saw were most likely fat deposits or cysts from the stomach that the parasite had created and you were expelling them.

If it's really really bugging you, at least call your physician. And if they treat you, it'll be nothing more than antibiotics.
Good luck to you!

And if you choose, you can go on a search engine like dogpile or google and type in "giardia lamblia symptoms" and it will give you a list of everything.
