I girl at my work took depression medicine when she was pregnant her child is now about 8 months old and she seems a little slow she is in my class I work at daycare and so does her mom the child is healthy but she does not sit up all by herself just seems slower than everyone her age. She was a sick baby with lot of colds. Now she seems to be better could depression medicine make your child slower when its born? Just curious. Rolling Eyes

Any drugs taken during pregnancy could have an effect.
However, some babies are just slower and not to be nasty but if you see her mom as being a little slow too...
