It is important pregnant or not to have some quality "me time".
Even if it is only 10 mins stolen in the evening or if you get an afternoon free (lucky you) here is some things to make you feel good.
Add your own to the list.
Pedicure/manicure or both
facial
body massage
deep condition hair
listen to fave song/cd
watch a feel good movie
steal a single spoon of ice-cream straight from the tub
go shopping
ring your best mate/mom
change your bedclothes, have a shower and then jump into a nice crisp bed ( I love the feel of brand new clean bedsheets on freshly shaved legs)
cry - you will feel better or even silly and that will make you laugh
throw darts at a pic of your ex
