Yeah i'd say for 99% of people, not before 2 weeks after conception. I didn't feel anything until 4 weeks after conception.

The only symptoms I had before my missed period was an increase in vaginal discharge. So it varies like the other ladies said.

The only symptoms I had at all...(besides the missed periods - which I actually had my first period) was 4 days of morning sickness when I was 12 weeks pregnant. So like the other girls said, it varies.

Most women notice their first signs between 6 and 8 weeks, including missed periods, swollen/tender breasts, maybe nausea/vomitting, tiredness and a whole host of other possiblilties, some may have none at all.

Oooooooooooh kristen I remember my boobs Shocked I got home from work, went to get changed and when I took my bra off the pain was excruciating, kinda like my boobs weighed about 20pound each and I had just dropped them. Lol
and the tiredness - I have never felt so tired, by the time I had gotten up and showered I was ready for bed again.
