Hi there!

I would like to know if anyone has had different symptoms appear that tripped your physicians? I am diplaying symptoms that my doctor has no idea about! I went to see my Rheum. this afternoon, He's dealing with only the ones's he familiar with. I'v kept a journal of symptoms: written and pictures. Has anyone else gone through that, and if so, what did you do?

lupus is very tricky it can take on many different forms and have many symptoms. The medication used to treat it can have its own set of symptoms. writing it down is a great idea it can help your Dr. figure out what may be causing your problem. Laughing First thing to do is educate yourself as much as possible about Lupus and its related diseases and by all means take good care of yourself.
May God Bless You

All the time...all the time... Smile

Luckily, my doctor was able to say 'I don't know' quite easily and sent me to all types of specialists to get me help.

If you have any questions, I would, as usual, suggest a second opinion.

Furthermore, it has been my experience that GPs and Internists vary on their Lupus experiences. Some are extremely up to date, while others are lacking in information. I know this is a concern of the CDC and the LFA and they are working on better educating on Lupus with Primary Care Specialists.

I hope you get some answers,
LadyBrannon
