Q: Crib Problem

Brooklyn does not like to sleep in her crib at night. After 3 am she will sleep in her crib, but any sooner than that she will wake up and start fussing. I will put her in her bassinete vibrating seat thing (it folds up into a vibrating bouncer seat) and she will sleep in there until 3, but I dont feel safe just leaving her in it to sleep for the night, so I put her next to the couch and I nap on the couch. Why doesnt she like her crib til 3 am? How can I get her to sleep in it?

I've heard of that happening to people, and I think the babys just arent comfortable sleeping there yet, and maybe at 3 in the morning she's just too tired to fuss about being in the crib... But I think what most people do I think is let them sleep in their swing or bouncer thingy, so I think you are doing the right thing.

Part of it might be that at those times she isnt used to it. Maybe just leave her there and let her fuss. And she will learn that is where she needs to sleep.

Crying or Very sad I cant just leave her in there and let her fuss. Plus I want her to know that she doesnt need to scream to get my attention and that when she just fusses a little mommy will come. I read that will keep a baby's cry quieter cuz they learn they have no need to scream if their needs are answered from a fuss.

:d hey everyone-
my cousin had a situation where her little boy hayden would only sleep in his carseat. They would just sit him in his carseat, then put the carseat in the crib.
