Jordan, you said use the rubbing alchohal and q-tip still... Well my doctors and people said that I didnt need to clean it at all (and that it could be submerged under water)... I guess there was some research crap done about it, and said there was no need to clean it... Should I still clean it though, even though they said I didnt need to when it was on there, they didnt say anything about after it fell off. Well if its normal to be a little gooey then I think its just fine. Maybe I will clean it tonight though anyways. Does the rubbing alchohal hurt them?

No, it wont hurt her to use alcohol. Mostly the alcohol is used to dry it up. You said it was kinda gooey so alcohol would probably help dry it up! And it would help it to stay clean!

Another case of american/english rubbing alcohol sounds painful lol we call it surgical spirit.
But to answer your question, I would be inclined to clean it.
With babies and infections - prevention is better than cure.

I wouldn't use a qtip though, I was given alchohol pads.... That way you cant get to far in or anything, I bet that is tender for her.
