Hi, im an 18 year old, who has been a
virgin up till recently. Today, after
being with my girlfriend, (oral sex being
the only thing we did today) we noticed my
penis looked different. As far as I can
tell. There is a bulge right under the
head of my penis, and above the scar of my
circumcision. It wraps all the way
around my penis. We thought it might be
because of me recently starting to be
sexually active. I waited for myself to
become flacid, to see if it went away.
Thinking it was a build up of blood or
something. Well, its still there. I'm
not sure how else I can explain it. I'm
really worried about it. (who wouldn't
be, not knowing whats going on?) if
anyone can help me out, let me know what
might be going on, please do. Oh, and it
doesn't hurt. It did itch...But that
could have been from me being worried.
