I want to open up and orphanage, as an
adult of course. Either a huuuggee 3
family house, or build my own house. And
have men and women working to take care of
all the kids. It would be a very homey
environment. There obviously wouldnt be
tooo many kids there, because id love to
give tthem real birthdays, christmas, etc.
The only thing would be was that when
the kids grew up theyd have to work there
part time for a certain amount of time.
Jasons mom and I were talkin about it, we
could do it together.
Anyways I was wondering, how would I go
about doing that? What licences would I
need,etc?

Hey-
I think that is a wondeful idea, I have
thought about that too...I want to open an
home to pregnant girls though. To help
them...Pregnant mothers who need help
getting on there feet. I wish I had the
money to do this..But I am only 17. One
day I will accomplish something close to
it.

Do they still have orphanages??? I
thought it was all foster carers and
stuff
if it is you would have to find out what
is needed for foster families. Here it's
usually good jobs, good track records.
They are crying out for foster families in
the uk, probably the same in the states!
