I would like to know the difference and similarity between colon and ovarian cancer in any aspect (symptom, diagnosis, molecular and cellular physiology, histology, genetics etc..).
Question

i know that many colon cancer are caused by activation of wnt/b-catenin signaling but not much about ovarian.
