Who else is considered a newbie? I don't really know, because i'm new myself.

I really liked this forum at first, but now I can't help but feel unwelcome. I came here because it was described as a "teen pregnancy forum". I came here to get and give advice and talk to other girls in the situation i'm in.

While browsing the posts tonight i've noticed the people who have been here forever seem to despise us newbies. I understand that to some sense, but when you first came here weren't you new?

It's hard me to fit in most places being a pregnant teenager. My friends hardly call me to hang out on the weekends because all they do is sit around and get drunk, and that's not fun for me now, and it never will be again. I thought I could fit in here, but i'm not even wanted. I'm a pregnant teen that's not even wanted by other pregnant teens or pregnant teen enthusiasts.

Will I ever be accepted, or should I just find another forum? I understand not everyone despises the newbies, but it's more than a little hurtful to read about those who do.

You are accepted here guys! Smile its just that some of us have been here so long and it was in the beginning when we were all close and knew everybody... And now fakes have come up and some people dont talk as much or dont have time... And its hard for some to deal with that. Its not we dont "welcome" newbies, I guess its just we feel everyone drifting apart. Im sorry u see it that way but u are very welcome here!

It blows doesn't it? A lot of people here are really great though. I understand that it's hard to accept new people, but if you don't try then it'll never work.

You guys are accepted here! It's like..... Newbies (to me) are those who have been here who
1) don't know who tiffaney is.
2) I don't know their age and/or if they have kids
3) dunno where they live

some "non" newbies are:
stacie, nikki, erin, jill, jeni, shauna, april, jordan, chrissy, jennifer, liz, erica, kristin, gaby, destiny, alisson, ryan, heather
that isn't all the "regs" but that is an example of who isn't newbies.

Well, someday perhaps I won't be a newbie. I'm gonna ask though, who is tiffany? I know she died (car accident?), but what happened? It seems like a big deal and i'd just like to know.

I just read she was murdered. That's so sad. That's worse than sad, that's tragic.

That is easily one of the worst things i've ever read, and your poor brother. It seems you've suffered a lot of tragedy in your life, and for your sake I hope it's made you a stronger person. I don't really pray, but i'll keep you and your family in my thoughts. Does the baby stay with your brother?

I dont understand lauren, in what way do you feel unwelcome. I thought you had made friends very easily?

Im still very new as well! Im probably considered a newbie! But if I feel like people are ignoring my posts or my replys then I just let it go over my head I know it's not a personal thing!

You are as welcome as you make yourself. However, making posts complaining about people's reactions to you just cause unnecessary drama.

i wasn't trying to cause unnecessary drama, but I read several different topics in a row and they all had posts complaining about newbies. I originally started the topic to find out who else was considered a newbie, but I sort of vented from there. Everyone has their vent moments, that was mine.

"pregnant teen enthusiasts" - thanks for making us sound like loosers!!!! Lol!
I've been here just over a year (sept 17th) & sometimes I still don't feel everyone knows me! And when people call me sparkly it annoys me-my name's liz it's not that hard to remember! I consider a newbie to be someone whose made less then...I dunno....400 posts maybe & someone who isn't well known-like if someone said their real name & I didn't know them i'd call them a newbie because i'm good at names & if I don't know them they must be new! But anyway that's what I think-try not to take it all too personally because I used to
