Not a sermon....... Read it all.....

Ok..... You asked if it were a sin to have sex b4 you were married.....
The simple answer is yes.........
Will you go to hell if you do have sex befor you are married.........
The simple answer is yes..........

But wait there is more.....................
Almost every thing we do is a sin..... To lie is a sin.... To swear is a sin.... To be disobediant to your parents..... Your elders..... A sin...... To be wasteful..... Unforgiving....... Even menstrating is by biblical standards a sin.......
Now here is the trick that my grandmother ( a staunch catholic) taught me..........
You can do every thing that you want, as long as it does not harm others and is not illegal or morally corrupt, as long as when you die you repent....
The lord is forgiving..... So if you repent b4 you die god will forgive you and you will be welcomed into heaven...........

God is also vengful, so if you dont repent you will go to hell..........., so make sure that when he becons you ask his forgiveness..........
Hehe...... Look, do what you like...... But thats my plan.... I intend to live my life in a manner that best suits me, but in the end I know that essentually if there is a god he will see that I was a good mother and lover, and that I have raised my children to be honest and careing people..... And thats what I was put on this earth to do.....

Just a question....

You believe that if you repent before you die you will go to heaven?

Okay think about this...

Suicide is also a sin, will suicidal people go to heaven?

What if your suddenly jumped and you dont have time to repent because get shot? Will .God not take those people who died before they had a chance to repent to heaven?

What if your in a car accident and you cuss right before you hit the car and die? Will .God turn away his children because of that?

I could go on, but I will choose to leave it at this...Repenting will not get you to heaven. Only a personaly relationship with .God will.

Just something to think about.

No if you commit suicide you go to hell because that is the only sin god wont forgive you for... I remember that from when I was younger and the pastor said that.

Hay hay I was just trying to say that religion is all how you think of it...... If you believe that you will go to hell because you have done something that a book says you shouldnt than you probably will.....

As I said god is forgiving, if you take him into your heart and keep him there than there is no reason to fear because he knows that you are acting in his image..... He is all of our ultimate father and like all fathers god knows what is inside our hearts..... You do not need to actually physically ask for forgiveness as long as that intent is there........

But if god is turned away from your heart and all your acts are done to spite him than just like any other father god will eventually turn you away to do what you please, but like any father when asked for forgiveness he will always welcome his children home.......

Michelle I pose this to you..... We are all born with original sin, babies, those not on this earth long enough to build a "personal " relationship with god.......Will they not get in to heaven......... What I am saying is that repenting is in the heart not in words or actions...... And a feeling takes a millisecond.......

To be a christian you have to understand and be able to acknowledge that god sent his son to earth to die on a cross for you sins and without him you will be held accountable for those sins. So naturally, babies cant do that! They are not capable of thinking like that or understanding. So god views those children as innocent. So...Do I think babies and very young children go to heaven without accepting christ?? Absolutely!

Ok so we have established that all sins are equal...Whether you tell a little lie or you kill someone...A sin is a sin is a sin! So....Where do you get the idea that there is an unforgiveable sin? You said suicide is the only unforgiveable thing....Could you tell me where you found that!

An encouragement to all of you...Dont ever believe something just because someone tells you thats whats right! I dont believe in god and have a relationship with him because I sit in church and have someone
tell me what to believe. You need to search for answers yourself....Get into the bible and see what you find!

Like michelle was saying...Being a christian is not just repenting for your sins. Its so much more than that! It would be impossible to know every single one of your sins! You have to have a personal relationship with god!

I never said that there were unforgivable sins that was tweety.........
Now I have also never said that babies dont go to heaven without accepting god and christ,.........
I have said that god resides in my heart and that you do not have to have a personal relationship with god to get to heaven.... I have said that to get to heaven all you have to do is w>h>e>n god asks you to repent ...... Repent...... Young, old, catholic or athiast if when you die you are met at the pearly gates and asked ""do you repent your sins" and you answer yes with a true heart you will be admitted to heaven..........
Other wise you are saying that all non believers will never get the chance to enter the eternal kindom of god............ Based completely on the premise that they had no relationship with god while they were alive......
There are people who believe that they know how the system works, then there are people like me who chose to believe that every one will be given an oppertunity if there even is one to take........

Oh and it seems we are speaking on a spiritual level here, so bless them all, once we die we are no longer who we were in life, but become "greater beings" so babies can chose at those pearly gates to accept god or turn their backs...........
God is not in a book, a building or an institution......... He is in e>a>c>h of our h>e>a>r>t>s with or with out our knowledge......... For god is kindness, and in each act of kindness is god

Once again I have to dissagree.......
My oppertunity will not be taken from me because I refuse to say a prayer every time I swear..........
I chose to treat others around me with kindness and raise my children with respect.
I chose to live my life the best way that I see fit.
I do not steal, kill or misstreat any one.....
And I chose to ask for forgiveness when I die other wise id be asking for forgiveness every ten minutes and twice as much on sunday......
I do not preach.....
Idababy asked if it were a sin to have pre marital intrecourse, I answered honestly, yes it is....... But it does not mean that she will go to hell.....
As long as she repents if there is a god and he asks her to.
In your idea of religion my children are bound for hell as they were born out side of wedlock, in my idea of religion any one can start believing when ever they decide to and god will welcome them with open arms.....
So here is your chance........
Stop trying to change the way I chose to believe.......
I accept that you believe your way....... Either way I will see you in heaven......... Cause I think that both ways we will all make it there......

You don't have to ask fro forgivness every time you sin. It's what is in your heart that matters. Not what you say. It's what's inside you.

i'd love to see a reputable source for that info, other than "some pastor told me," because in the .Bible, it clearly says that the rejection of the holy spirit is the only unforgivable sin. This is found in matthew 12:31-32, mark3:29, and luke12:10, just to name a few.

Specifically, the verse in matthew, in which matthew is quoting .Jesus talking, says "therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the spirit will not be forgiven. And whoever says a word against the son of man will be forgiven; but whoever speaks against the holy spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come."

god most certainly will forgive suicide, and he tells us right there that he will.

After all these posts involving religion cropping up, I think the simple answer is to believe what you personally feel is true and of value for yourself.

Let's assume that christianity is the correct path to follow, then it is said that this god will not turn his children away in time of need. It is said that he will not limit your chances ie 3 strikes and you're out.
If this is anything to go by he will give you every possible last chance.
Even if that means coming back as a spirit to repent for your sins in life, even if that means being held in limbo before the final choice being made on your fate.
Supposedly he will take into consideration your entire life, does the good outweigh the bad.
Supposedly he is omnipotent therefore it is only the will of the church that you worship there, god is everywhere he does not care where you worship or how you do it.
If he is your personal saviour then that is a private and personal relationship that devlops between you both.

This is not my personal take on but is what religious teachings and writing do say.

To finish as I started: the only answer is to follow the path that is correct and true and of value for you - not for your friend, not for you church leader, but for only and enitrlely you!

Okay no sin is greater than any other. Therefore, if raping and killing an innocent child is forgiven then obviously so is suicide. A lot of people will tell you that it is not, even priests and whatnot, but that is up to you to believe or not.
I believe that suicide is forgiven. If you are getting ready to commit suicide and beg the lord forgiveness for what you are about to do then I believe you will be forgiven.

However, I do have to add that some people believe (and it was written like this in the first post) that you can do whatever you want as long as you repent later. I don't believe that god wants us thinking hmmm, I shouldn't do this, but it's okay because I will just ask him to forgive me later. No, we still have to strive to be good and we have to serve him. Just my belief though.
