I have a pinched nerve in my back, or at least that is what the doctor said, I have been taking muscle relaxers and somthing for inflammatory, does anyone know any other treatment.

Sorry to hear about your problem. I have several pinched nerves. It can be serious. Have you had an mri done to confirm this? I would see a neurosurgen and go from there.
