Let me tell you a story that my friend's Dr. Told her.

There was a lady who had a child. She heard that you couldn't get pregnant while you breastfed so she breastfed and and had unprotected sex. She got pregnant in no time and delivered twins. She still hadnt learned her lesson because she breastfed again thinking it was a form of contriceptive and she then became pregnant with triplets. After that she quicly realized that breastfeeding was not a form of contriceptive. This Dr. Told my friend this story after she had a girl and then became pregnant with twins. They however we're trying for more kids and it was not unexpected.

On the other hand I have a really good friend who breastfed and had unprotected sex and never became pregnant at all. So I don't have any hard concrete evidence but i'd say it is possible.

Can nursing stop ovulation however dont trust thia as a form of birth control. It can still happen some women dont ovulate for a few moths after delivery others start immediately. Dont risk it unless you want irish twins Wink

Yeah, you definitely can get pregnant. I had a friend who got pregnant last year and she was still nursing her first son. She didn't go on bc for some reason and now has two sons 14 months apart.
