Q: Severe Sleepwalking

I have had sleepwalking problems since I was about 4 years old. They were never anything serious. I'm 22 and married. I sleepwalk once a week at least, and then I might go a month or 2 without it happeneing. I don't remember the actual sleep walking, but its scary when I wake up sitting in my living room with the lamp on smoking a cigarette, and I don't remember going out there. Or last night really did it, I woke up at 2:30 in the morning taking a shower. The water was adjusted perfectly, I had gotten a towel out and I was washing my hair when I woke up. I wish this could stop. What should I do?

Sleep Walking
Matt,
try to find a sleep study center. I found a neurologist who also does sleep studies. I found out that I have sleep apnea and now I have to sleep with a cpap machine. Maybe an answer could be found.
Good luck,
bruce Smile
