Q: Deleting Private Messages?

Does anyone else experience this?
When I go to my inbox, after I have read my messages and then wish to delete them, the delete button doesn't work from the index so each message has to be deleted when I read it.
The sentbox is the same. I cant just tick the ones I don't want and press delete.
Also is there a way to stop messages being saved in the sentbox?
Why does it automatically store them there? Evil or Very Mad

Oh this bloody drives me crazy! You have to individually delete everyone-u can't even tick all the boxes & delete them together. Plus it takes ages to delete all of them-sort it out admin!!!!

Can't you like kick their ass and get them to fix it for everyone?
