I had a microdisketomy 5 years ago and it I havfcould not have went better. Almost immediately the pain I had endured for almost two years was gone. I am currently trying to get in better shape with a weightlifting and aerobics exercise routine, some basketball, and a little running. My problem is that, after exercise and when I wake, my lower back and hips are "extremely" tight. I'm sure more stretching would probably help but I don't want to over do it, as I sometimes do, and make things worse. Any links, info, supplement recommendations that anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated.
