This is so embarassing. I noticed (about 2 weeks ago) a firm bump just on the inside of my anus. It's not bothering me (except mentally and emotionally) but I don't know what it is and am too embarassed to see the doctor about it. Does anyone have a clue as to what it could be?

Probably a Hemmerroid
Hi hun,

it's probably a hemmerroid. Go get your doctor to look at it. It's not a big deal, it happens to a lot of people. And it's also nothing to be embarrased about.

It was the first time I worked out in a gym, and the first time really exercising in along time because ive been injured

Hemroid
A hemroid is when you intestine comes out of your anus, and therefore creates a huge lump, which is severely dangerous and can develop cancer if not treated immedietely. Treatment is a necessity, or otherwise can result in death!!

It will not result in death. Most hemmorhoids are not harmful to you, they just might be a little painful at times. Surgery can be done to remove them, but thats only in most extreme cases.

So how do you get them to go away??? I had my 4 child 7 months ago and I have had a itchy anus about half way through my pregancy and even still. I bleed when I have a bowel movement and I itch! Wiping give relief like a cotton swab to the ear does! I am not dirty or overweight.... I thought hemeroids would go away after I had my baby??? Help!

Question- is this hemoroids too?
I noticed a white bump also just outside of my anal tract but this bump seems hard and hangs down from a loose piece of skin just a little. I can actually pinch the skin. Again I am too embarrassed to see a doctor and almost just want to snip it off and be done with it but am affraid of the consequences if it something severe.
