Q: Diagnostic Laporoscopy

I had a laparoscopy and a polyp removed from my womb a week ago. All the info states that you should be fully recovered in 5-6 days. Today was the 1st time I drove as I have felt sore and tired up till now. After the drive and a bit of shopping I had to go to bed for an hour as I was exhausted. Has anyone else had this done and what realistically is the right time to return to work and normal?? Thanks
