Hi, I hope someone can help me. For the past 3 months or so I have been having constant clear phlegm in the back of my throat. I wake up in the morning and I have phlegm, im hacking it up the rest of the day. I smoke about 3 cigarettes a day if that. Im not a heavy smoker. I dont know why I keep getting the phlegm, if anyone can help me find a solution as to why I keep getting the phlegm I would really appreciate it. I hate the feeling of phlegm in the back of my throat.
