Is it possible for your period to return after coming off of the depo shot, for the first time, I am trying to get my body back to normal will the birth control patch help me become regulated again. The depo shot gave me headaches and gave me the syptoms of being pregnant, what should I do?

If you haven't had a period for a long time on depo then going to the patch will help it come back but it might be a few months before it's normal. If you've had your period all the time or for long periods of tiem on depo then the patch will really help regulate it. As for the symptoms of bein pregnant, it might relieve them, it might not, it just depends on your body.
