I was just wondering if anyone knows if not drinking water can have anything to do with not being regular?
And if there is anything I can do myself (rather then medical) to help it.

Extremely eHealthy
The thing that can help make you regular is getting on the pill. It helps control your hormones so you can be on time and not too heavy. You should look into that. I dont think not drinking water does it but only makes you dehydrated.

I really dont want to go on the pill. I have ttc for almost 8 years...I actually went to the dr's a long time ago to try to get regular but he is giving me the runaround and so is my ob/gyn...I feel like if I dont get pregnant soon I never will..
I already have a 10 year old and had problems during pregnancy with him and he was preme 1 month...Is there anything else besides bc that can help?

What does your gyn say about it?...Have you had tests for infections? Some infections or sexual transmitted diseases can mess up your period being regular.........
