Hey, I used to swim 65 laps a day and I was just wonderin if I could continue swimming - I know I can't do the 65 laps of the 25 meter pool no more but can I do a couple easy laps? Will it effect the baby. Or during labour? Thanks ~melissa

No, swimming is actually good for you and they baby. Ask your doc the limits and how often and what excersices are best! Good luck! Ive seen on tv a women had her baby in a little pool for natural labor, it was pretty graphic but they were fine.

Lol, I know I was like watching with my mouth dropped! Hahaha but my sister was preggy she wanted to go swimming all the time only we had no pool! And she couldnt go! We laugh at her because, she barely had a belly, no contractions, never dialated, no morning sickness, the baby rarely kicked! It was like she was barely preggy! And all she has to show is the baby and all kinds of stretch marks!!!! Hahaha I would stick to the hospital too, im not to sure about splashing in my own placenta!Hahaha gross!

What about blake, luke, joshua, austin, david...Um well what kinda names are you looking for? You can also go to www.Babycenter.Com and go baby names and they give you a huge list and what types are you looking for, like that origin. But keona is very pretty.

What beautiful names! My doctor told me to start swimming as light exercise! It is supposed to make labor easier and shorter too, but I am not the best canadate to discuss short labor! Lol

good luck with your pregnancy!!

Much love
