I think that if you can find a good babysitter (like rivers grandparents or somthing) that you should do it. Its not like youre going out everyday, and its healthy to spend time with your friends every once in a while

Huni, you are with river almost all the time. Go have a good time. One night a week or every other week is alright as long as river is with your mom or something lile that where you know he's being cared for!

Well, when I used to go out, I would ask my mom to watch amari for me.
I went out like every weekend! Like gaby said just look for a good babysitter to watch river.

Aww...You are doing just fine. Just go out in moderation, I would say once a week as long as you have a good babysitter you can count on. If you start doing it almost every night, then I would start to get worried.

Awww hun u need som time away!! (lol I just had a post kinda like this also) but ur always wit river and ur a great mom and its okay if u go out a few times... Ur still there for him! Just go out, have fun and u'll feel a whole lot better!

Personally, I think once a month is sufficient. However, I don't find going out ever other weekend to be bad. Have a good time!

I wouldn't put a set time on it. I'd say go out when you feel like it or when its necessary for example although you're a mom your also a daughter/sister/friend so you have to be there for the other people who need you & do things like go out for your friends birthdays. Never feel bad because you're not! You need a bit of fun too my sweetie

First off jennifer one response is sufficient. And secondly. I try to go out with friends when sean is sleeping, when he can be with me, etc. But when I do just need time alone, larry and I together, we try to do that every month. And I am not saying we dont go out everynight and run to the gas station or something, but I am saying we leave and grandma watches sean and we go to dinner and a movie. Like saturday, we have not done something like that since valentines day, so we are way overdue. Good luck, just dont get to carried away!!
