Diet:
* drink 8 glasses of water a day
* eat 5 portions of fruit & veg a day
* get lots of fresh air
* keep your hands clean & don't pick
your face!
Beauty:
* gently steam your skin for about 8
minutes three times a week
* if you have any scars on your face
pierce open a vitamin e capsule &
smooth onto the scar
* don't over wash your face-if your skins
oily & you over wash it it will
produce more oil to compensate for the
dryness
* to get rid of blackheads soak some
celery sticks overnight in water & the
next day apply the water to your skin on a
cotton wool pad (apparently works after
regular use!!)
* use natural tea tree or witch hazel on
spots

If it has 10% of that peroxide crap as its
only ingredient its wonderful! Zap zits
5-6 bucks at walmart, but they got the
walmart brand thats exactly the same
ingredients for a health forum..Make sure
its 10% benzol(something like that)
peroxide..

Yeah, I use that too jordan!! And the
walmart brand!! Hehe!
I have this clearasil heat activated face
wash. It has scrubbing bubbles in it, and
when it gets wet, it gets really warm.
The heat of it opens ur pores and helps
get the dirt and oil out, which will
prevent and clear up breakouts!! I love
it!

ya know sis, they make vitamin e oil in a
little bottle so you don't have to pay for
the company to put it in a little capsule
