Diet:
* drink 8 glasses of water a day
* eat 5 portions of fruit & veg a day
* get lots of fresh air
* keep your hands clean & don't pick your face!
Beauty:
* gently steam your skin for about 8 minutes three times a week
* if you have any scars on your face pierce open a vitamin e capsule & smooth onto the scar
* don't over wash your face-if your skins oily & you over wash it it will produce more oil to compensate for the dryness
* to get rid of blackheads soak some celery sticks overnight in water & the next day apply the water to your skin on a cotton wool pad (apparently works after regular use!!)
* use natural tea tree or witch hazel on spots
