My wife and kids will be going to a party miles away w/o me.
Im building extreme anxiety about them getting hurt because I will not be there. How the hell am I going to get through this. I really dislike my father as a person.

The party is a kid party. In reference to my father, while I was writing I was thinking how my father contributed to my problems.
