Q: Lower Abdominal Pain...

Hey people..

I've been experiencing lower abodominal pain for the past four days now. Some of the!things that I am having trouble doing lately is having a decent bowel movement, flatulence.
I have been able to urinate without any difficulty, it's almost as if I am experiencing some blockage or gastric pain.
Does anyone know anything about getting your colon cleaned? Does anyone think this may help me, or are their other suggestions?

Thanks in advance...
