If you can get your hands on it, read ___the lupus book__ by Dr. Daniel wallace. It's everything you need to know about the disease. Also, there is a nurse's/practitioner's guide to lupus that is spiral-bound, see if your doctor has a copy or check out
www.Lupus.Org for a listing of their printings (it isn't by them but they have it, I believe).
Www.Lupus.Org will also give you lots of insight if you haven't already been on.
You may also want to see if there is a support group in your area.
We would need a little more information about you (what kind of lupus, does it affect any organs, what are your symptoms besides tiredness and fatigue ie. Rashes, sores...)
hope we can help.
