Q: Less Intrusive Hip Replacement Procedures

I am a 47 year old woman who is going to need my hip replaced soon. I've been doing research on the internet regarding a procedure performed at rush hospital in chicago where 2 - incisions are made but the muscles, etc. Aren't cut as in the standard hip replacement surgeries. The doctor's name that performs this is Dr. Buerger. The procedure is fairly new, and I would like to know if anybody reading this has read about it or had this procedure done. I live in wisconsin.
