For about the last 30 days, I have had a slight to mild burning sensation just inside of my penis. It's the same sensation of having soap get into the penis. There is no pain at all during urination and everything looks normal from what I can tell. I have been drinking lots of water in hopes of flushing whatever it is out. Also, it seem I have been urinating more lately, even accounting for the extra water intake. I had unprotected sex a day or two before the sensation started. Any clues? Thanks
