I was about 34 weeks pregnant when I went to family reunion in cali
(i was terrified that I was gonna go into labor). By the time we came back I was 36 weeks. Lol. But I have to admit, I will never do it again becuz we had to keep stopping becuz I got uncomfortable and had to keep going to the bathroom...

I would think the best answer to your question would be consulting your doctor and seeing what he/she thinks. If you plan on travelign by airline, most airlines will only let you fly up to 35 weeks. It is actually better to travel during your 2nd trimester rather than your first and third trimesters. If you plan on traveling by car make sure you take your potty breaks and stop and stretch those legs...About once every hour as silly as that sounds. Either way I would discuss it with your doctor before making any further plans. I am sure you will have no problems.

I went on a trip when I was 31 weeks but I consulted my doctor first, she checked my cervix to make sure it would be okay since it was an 8 hour drive away. It should be safe but after 34 weeks ur not sposed to travel, so consult ur doc first and see.

The only problem with asking a doctor is that im not scheduled to see one until after the trip which I didnt realise til today.

It's safe if your doc says so. Deffinetly consult him/her first before leaving! Just to be sure!
