Oh, its not for me its for my b/f he has a bump on his inner thigh I think its probibly from his pants rubbing his skin there, he's worried about it so I told him i'd try to find out what it is

If its up the top of his thigh it could be his glands..... There are glands located in the inner thigh near where the leg meets the groin
