Since your hips widen when you give birth do they go back down to size after a while? Also, is it certain that everyone who gives birth vaginally will go to the bathroom both #1 and 2 on the table?

Not sure about other people but I k now a lot of people who have kids complain that everything basically goes back to normal but their hips never completely return to the normal size. They do go back down... But never totally 100%

Hey! Some, probably most people do poop during delivery, but you probably wont even know! Doctors are so used to it they just deal with it. Its not a big deal! They wont even tell you! So, no need to worry!

Its not the doctors im worried about, they know thats a part of giving birth. Im worried about whether or not my b/f will see, I want him to be standing by my head the whole time and I want to be covered by a sheet so only the doc knows whats going on.

My b/f and the doctors are going to be the only ones in the room. His family was joking around about video taping it and I was like hell no!!!! I would be mortified.

I was really scared of that too!! But I never had too. Just try and make urself go before u get to the pushing stage lol! Cuz at that stage, u wouldnt even feel it if u did poo or pee on the table!!

Hope this helps.......
I pooped with my first baby.... I didnt care at the time because of the amount of pain I was in, paul didnt care because he started to see cailey's head, and after the birth it didnt even matter any more because I had this tiny baby in my arms.... Paul does not remember me pooing, my mum does not remember, and I do not care......
With amber I did not poo,
as a woman who has experianced both sides of the poop issue I can safely say that if you poo you might care for about 20 seconds and if you dont it will feel like you are any way........ Dont stress....... In the end poop or no poop there will be babies and thats all that matters

About the pooping on table thing...... I know quite a few people who have had an enima(spelling?) before giving birth, which will completely clear out your system Laughing I dont know which is worse?

Most hospitals in the states dont give enemas while you are in labor anymore! Which is good b/c who wants to get water shot up your butt while you are having contractions! Not me!

I've basically decided I don't want anyone in the room with me but medical professionals once I start pushing. Not my mother, and definately not the babys father. They're both vieing to be the one in the room... I think i'll disappoint everyone and just let my gay friend randy be there. If anything too horrible happens he'll probably just faint :d
