Q: Pregnancy And Insurance ?'s

Hello everyone....My husband and I would like to start trying in the next year to become pregnant. But there is one little problem. Neither one of us has insurance that would cover a pregnancy. We are middle class (whatever that means) so we do not qualify for any type of gov't programs. We both have individual health insurance policies because we work for small businesses that cant afford the high cost of group policies. Are there any other options out there, that could help defray the cost of all the medical bills. Changing jobs is not an option for neither one of us (suggested by a family member). Also we are both 30 years old so holding out a few more years with the hopes of some insurance reform is also out of the question as my mother started menopause at 35 years old and several of my cousins have experienced the same. I am not willing to take a chance of waiting until then and then it being too late!

Thanks...

Extremely eHealthy
Would it be possible to get pregnancy coverage added to one of your policies??Maybe offer to pay the difference in cost.Could be a lot of money, but a normal pregnancy, without complications can run about 12-16,000 dollars!!!Patty
