I've been very sick the last few years and
I can't seem to ever get better. I have
a cousin one each side of my family with
lupus and I was tested 3 years ago for it
but the tests came back negative. I've
had mono since november and have had the
doctors baffled because I can't get over
it. I don't know what to do... Please
someone help me.

Have they tested you recently for lupas?

Hello! I just read your post. I
thought I would let you know that my
daughter had toxic shock syndrome and then
"mono". She, after 7 weeks has not
recovered from the mono. Her doctors are
just now realizing that she does indeed
most likely have lupus. Lupus may mimic
mono. But an eosiniphil (sp) test that
was done on her when she had the mono is
an indicator for lupus..As well as her ana
test....
